Dig In with Garden-Based Wellness!
Join Garden School Foundation for a relaxing morning in one of our lush school gardens! Together we’ll enjoy a variety of nature-based mindfulness activities, including:
A 30-minute beginner, all ages yoga class followed by a 5 minute breathwork session at 9:30 am. Mats provided.
A 30-minute hands-on gardening workshop at 11:00 am.
A range of optional physical gardening activities, such as weeding, harvesting, and mulching, starting at 9:00 am. No gardening experience necessary - just a willingness to get your hands dirty and learn. We provide gloves, tools, and any necessary training.
Free breakfast and lunch provided. Vegetarian options included.

Saturday, May 17th from 9am-12pm at 24th Street Elementary School in West Adams
Saturday, May 31st from 9am-12pm at 99th Street Elementary School near Watts
