How to Help | Wishlist | Volunteering | Donate | Wishlist We are entering our second year in our 3/4-acre kitchen garden. You name it, we need it. Here are some ways that you can help:
$35 Become a garden helper: Help stock our kitchen garden where every week 16 classes plant, nurture, harvest, cook, taste, and learn about fresh food.
$125 Be a gardener: Contribute towards our garden beds, play structures, and council circles in the native edible garden.
$275 Master Gardener: Show inner city kids the world of food and contribute to our outdoor kitchen, including sink, oven, and cooking demonstration area.
$500 Become an urban forester: Plant some trees with a class in our orchard.
$1,000 Be a patron: help make our plans for the 24th Street chicken coop a reality!

To donate toward any of the items/classes above or to help us meet our operating costs to run weekly in-school curricular program along with weekend community programs, please contact us. The Garden School Foundation is a non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of individuals, foundations and corporations to make nutrition programs, science gardens, noise barriers, smog filters, and safe play areas standard in Los Angeles public schools.
